ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems acquires Leone Fence

It gives me great pleasure to announce that ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems has acquired Leone Fence, a Canadian manufacturer, distributor, and installer of fencing products for commercial and residential applications.     

Leone Fence has been in business since 1975 and is headquartered in Ontario, Canada, which also houses its manufacturing facilities. The company consists of three business units (Iron Eagle Industries, Shield Fence & Wire Products, and Leone Fence), which focus on the manufacturing, distributing, and selling of fence and gate products throughout Canada.  

With the company’s local production capabilities, nationwide coverage, and excellent reputation, the acquisition of Leone Fence will make it possible for us to provide you with an even more comprehensive product offering.
