ASSA ABLOY has acquired B&B Roadway and Security Solutions

Founded in 1925, the company is headquartered in McKinney, Texas, and now has 58 employees. BBRSS has two segments - perimeter security (ARMR) and roadway safety and traffic management solutions. A third of total sales comes from their strong service offering. Their Alabama facility manufactures the majority of roadway and large ARMR products.
BBRSS will become part of Business Segment Perimeter Security in our division, headed up by Keith Armour, and the company’s CEO, Dave Patterson will continue to lead the business.
